2. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

Because each package is custom prepared, we do not offer refunds for already-processed or shipped orders.
3. Shipping & Delivery

Monthly snail mail packages will be mailed to the address you provide at checkout.

It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping information is accurate and up to date.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by postal carriers or incorrect addresses submitted.
